After 4 years I've decided to sell my adult celebrity network (around 55 websites) . I am working on other projects which I like better and need the time and extra money to focus on those projects instead, hence why I'm selling it. It generated probably over 200k in the last four years (don't have the exact statistics no more). Here are some stats of how it's doing now.
October, 2014 - $4140

January, 2015 - $2460
February, 2015 (untill 22nd of Feb) - $3270
Almost all of it is pure profit. The expenses are relatively low, for example hosting and domains. For the record, it's a keyword domain network, with the exception of one "megasite", which seems to be taking off lately.
Maintaining this is a part time job. It costs at least 5 hours a week. It does require a certain amount of alertness, as in being up to date on what the latest news is. I will teach the buyer everything I know about how I keep the revenue coming if necessary.
Another thing I have to add, is, that this network is far from optimized. I spent all my time focussing on gaining traffic, and completely left out optimization so there's a chance that with slight tweaks it will already make a lot more profit.
