That site I am assuming is satire but the scary thing is that even if it wasn't who could tell the difference, the real conspiracy theory websites and those who write for them are no less 'out there' than this Hard Dawn site. It fails as humor/satire, not their fault though, you can't spoof something when the original thing you're spoofing is so completely absurd itself.
