It's not racism. India as a whole is a very dirty country. Why is it dirty? I have no idea. I am pretty sure the people do not want to live in filth and squalor, so I assume it's the government or the lack of profitable trade and commerce.
Either way, Indian traffic has been absolute garbage to the west for years.
