If an evil person were to get my secret AWS key from Amazon, What would be the worst they could do?

I only use the keys to pull Amazon product information for a website, Using the Product Advertising API. I'm not signed up for any other AWS services.

I'm guessing the real security dangers are when people use Amazon Web Service for other things, Like database management? I notice for the Product Advertising API, IAM is not supported, So probably not really a big issue.
