But I specifically remember one of the highest up russian military sargents or whatever the fuck they are called, in charge of multiple submarine programs living in a fucking ghetto. I don't think that position equates to what you are describing.
I didn't call the wealthy businessman whatever the fuck his name was honest. But I did say he was honest in telling the truth to Putin on a large issue, and within weeks he was locked up and still is. Again, one of the richest Russians to ever live
