P.S. De fac·to, Moscow is #1 city in the world by the amount of immigrants from various countries. So do your conclusions. Yes, Russia is #2 by the total amount of immigrants to a whole country (the USA is #1). However the answer to your question is not as "clear". For example, a cleaning woman in our apartments is from Mexico. All janitors are from Uzbekistan and Tajikistan. My neighbors are from Armenia. A nearest restaurant is Georgian.
