Yes, that's correct. The police is really restricted to travel the world. If you don't like it, get another job and be free. I really don't feel for cops. I believe they need much more restrictions. Maybe someday they realize the Putin (who they protect) constantly assrapes them, and they will stop supporting his regime.
But once again... It's all about YOU and ME. I'm not a cop or an FSB officer.

Yes they are trying to block them, but it doesn't work. First of all, there is no punishment for running a blog. They can only block the IP. This is very bad and very stupid thing, because every kid knows how to open it (some Russian ISP's even put detailed instructions how to bypass the site block). I do agree it's against of freedom of speech, but still. We are talking about what YOU can do and I'M can't. Navalny is #1 Putin's enemy and they have a personal war (BTW, his site is available from Russia:
HostTracker - Http result for http://navalny.com). I'm not a #1 enemy of Putin like you are not #1 enemy of Obama, right? You even not a native American living in a reservation. So let's get back to OUR reality.
What exactly you can do but I can't? Where is your freedom? How can I feel the difference?

Because we have a bunch of idiots in power.
