That's true. You have
very-very cheap prices, so people go to New York, LA, Miami etc for shopping. The same with Milan for example. Can't see anything wrong with that. On the other hand, how does it relate to the personal freedoms? I didn't get it. Please explain.
P.S. I'm not a shopper, but my friends are always take two bags (for a person) of clothes, electrics (they just love Apple shit) etc, because in Moscow they'll pay at least 2x times more. If you want to buy branded electronics, you go to the USA. If you want branded clothes, you go to Italy. The smartest ones go to China, but it's a different story ;)))))
