I disagree with you.
It has nothing to do with being capable. The United States is fully capable. However, because there are less regulations in other countries and are paid a lot less it's just cost effective to make certain items in other countries. This has nothing to do with ability, and everything to do with profit margins.
Trust me, if they were unable to make Nikes in Asia, they would make them here in the US.
