If you are running a site that members need to make an account on, never let them pick there own passwords. Use something that emails them a random password. People are lazy,they use the same username and password on many sites, the hackers just extract the database from sites with shit protection to get all the details then bruteforce the list against your porn site and boom, the login details they used on the shit site are the same they used on your porn site and thats how easy it is for them.
