Actually i sent payment to some pogramer guys and since they didn t deliver the work, i asked for refund and last week, they delivered all the work and now i must pay them back so i asked paypal to sent all refunded payment to those guys back.
i asked them after my account being limited.
so i await for thier reply since 3 days?!
i don t get it untill now why am i being limted although am just a buyer and have no complaint against me or anything else.
can You explained me the perivous message from MARIA
