I Received from affilate program which am getting payment via Paypal
regarding 2 question.
i didn t file zero complaint against noone.
i only wanted to paypal to send money from my account to some poeple whom i pay that is the deal.
thx adultking for explantion, i believe this iusse will be sloved within 1month but i need badly to pay those guys through my money that i have in the account.
