I would try ads from
Ero-Advertising, instead of what you are using now, traffic trading widgets from
Plugrush, and popunders from
Traffic Shop.
If you have a mobile version of the site, go with
Bitter Strawberry (they are very good), and
Sex Goes Mobile.
