have someone write a simple bot that scrapes the page, then visits it periodically to compare the saved version with the current version and then notifies you of changes (for example on Ubot forums). each time you get a notification, have the bot then go to the page, login and revert it back to the other version. Then never think about it again and try to focus on productivity.
