They take that shit serious in Michigan. I knew a professional bulgar (houses of the rich & famous all over the U.S.). He said he did some time in Michigan.
Almost got shot one day leaving the library. Seems the prison was on lock down and he hadn't heard about it. They were bringing in a dad and a couple of his sons. They had raped/molested several female family members and other women in their city. To protect them, all inmates were locked in their cells. Guards took them to the top run of cells and welded them in for this own safety. He told me if that hadn't welded the cell doors, they wouldn't have lasted 5 minutes.
