As a 3rd-world country citizen, I have no problems to pay a few hundred thousands of dollars
in cash to buy apartments, cars etc. Like a whole my 3rd-world country I do not live in debt (the national debt of the 1st-world USA is just incomparable with 3rd-world Russian one). I'm not an oligarch or even a rather rich man who can afford a 10-million dollar house just in a few kilometers from Moscow, but I'm also not a regular US Homer Simpson whose home belongs to a bank, and who has less than a few thousand dollars on his bank account. Yes, I'm a 3-rd world citizen
