So if somebody pays $940k to own 90% of this town, how do they benefit from the walking dead filming there or any other movie filming there? I would have thought that as all of the buildings in the town seem to be tenanted (at low rents) that any benefit would derive to the town administration or the business owners rather than the building owner but I confess that I do not yet own any towns that movies have been shot in so this is of course just my opinion.
That said, the ad is far to vague as to what is being sold for anyone to take it seriously.
