Advanced Cash payment system just doesn't stop surprising me with their great updates. Turns out now you can fund your account there via Bitcoin for 0%. Funding takes 30-60 minutes and then you can move the funds to your MasterCard that you can order for $4.99 (no monthly fees). Btw, they recently started offering plastic cards with no prior verification (document scans) required. It will have a cumulative limit of $2,500 ($1,000 ATM withdrawals and the rest for shopping), but you can upload your documents at any time and set their standard limits ($3,000 daily withdrawals and $10,000 daily card funding).
