LiveCamNetwork 5.1 Pro does this for you automatically. As your chat model performers pay per minute shows, LiveCamNetwork saves the session as a file on your server which you can then publish for additional per-minute revenues. You can also download the video, edit it and re-upload it of course for a more polished look.
The benefit of doing it this way means that your performers computer isn't bogged down using extra CPU time to record, and of course it means that you get this content instantly.
If you are using Windows you can also do this right from Windows Movie Maker, and if you are on a Mac, you can do this from iMovie.
There is also a program called Debut : I've never tried it before but I know someone who uses it and likes it a lot.
