Is his God better than the "crazies" in Central FL?

“More than 2,000 years ago, a child was born to two faithful travelers who could find rest only in a stable, among the cattle and the sheep. But this was not just any child. Christ’s birth made the angels rejoice and attracted shepherds and kings from afar,” said Obama, sounding more like a preacher than a president. “He was a manifestation of God’s love for us. And He grew up to become a leader with a servant’s heart who taught us a message as simple as it is powerful: that we should love God, and love our neighbor as ourselves.”

"I think also understanding that ... Jesus Christ dying for my sins spoke to the humility that we all have to have as human beings – that we're sinful and we're flawed and we make mistakes; we achieve salvation through the grace of God."

In terms of how he's living out his Christian faith, he said he strives and prays to "see God in other people" and "help them find their own grace."

Every US politician has to "pretend" to be religious to appease the masses.. If Obama is Christian or faking it because it's the only way to be elected in the US, it matters little to me, because he doesn't shove it in my face and deny basic fucking science due to religious beliefs..

Just think if he didn't claim to be religious.. your right wing fringe groups would be trying to burn him at the stake.. They already claim he's a Muslim, was born in Kenya, ect..ect.. really do you not notice the things people whom share your political affiliation say?
