It is more complex than that. It has much to do who is in question. If Brad Pitt looks a woman, she is; "Oh my god, that is Brad Pitt and he is looking at me."
Not so interesting guy looks woman: "Oh no, that not so interesting guy looks at me. What I should do, so that I don't accitentally look like interested. Should I be like this, or like this? Don't look back, don't look back!"
That was nice woman- version, then there is more evil one:
"What that guy looks for? What he thinks about himself. Looser, yewww. Look away."
But to your question more literally: I don't know. As we have more toned down behaviour anyways; probably not so much. There is a saying (somewhat false) that Finnish men don't talk or kiss; more like "Ugh! (pointing to a cave)". Enough said.
