Truth be told I most likely lost more like sixty pounds, but also at times gained weight. For example, I was pretty much on the road all of September including two weeks plus in Europe with no exercise and a horrible diet. Mid December through the end of January was also pretty much the same - Because of Christmas, a trip to Vegas, Xbiz, then Internext and iDate in Vegas I was only home for six days out of six weeks.
I am not much into running these days; It's bad for the knees and my right knee has never been the strongest. So I intentionally limit my running.
