You're looking at this all wrong. An affiliate may have dozens of programs they have made a few sales for and all these add up. Just looking at my StatsRemote I have over $6000 owed to me by programs, $1200 of which is made up of small sales amounts to various programs, I keep pushing them to make minimum so I can cash out. If every program had your policy there's $1200 I wouldn't be getting.

As I said, the policy sucks and you suck for doing business this way. If you want to close out an account then pay it out. Don't act like the thieves that you find in the piracy world.
