Offering of porn hasn't changed significantly, unless you really want to watch all the shit that is out there. Most people don't want to do that. For starters we are not "blanks"; our genes set most of the framework, and by the porn watching age, the not gene related stuff has mostly already set. Besides, porn is not the only thing to get exposure from; there are TV-shows, movies and games. Kids have had exposure to those way before watching porn.
