You wanna say we are not doing that? In 2014 the life expectancy in Russia is 71. It's not 75.5 as in Moscow but still much better than just 10 years ago.

If Putin is spending a bigger percentage of the total GDP on the military while at the same time the Russian economy is shrinking, do you honestly think your tax rate will stay at 6%? If it does the country will be bankrupt in a few years.
