I am sure both statistics are precise and not over inflated...I remember having no food or hospital to go to, and all these stories of rape camps sound like stories of rolls-royce camps considering the logistics involved of organizing a "sex-camp" for ?!?! reasons...not saying that rapes and terrible things did not happen...just laughing at people who think rape-camps were some sort of "thing" when there was barely food on all sides and medicine was only in our memoires...this goes for all sides...
on the other hand I am sure no female refugee lied at all about being raped in hopes of getting asylum in the west and fleeing from the war torn region...not saying they are all lying nor trying to pretend that it did not happen...just saying it as it is...
