soup kitchen analogy doesn't work. People see you at a soup kitchen; you have to go there.

If you had two pizza restaurants that delivered on demand, to your door, one had every ingredient imaginable and was free, but only good, and the other had a few select ingredients and required a credit card transaction and a monthly membership, but was cooked really well.

Answer? If there was an instant, anonymous micropayment system, you'd order the best made pizza that you preferred. But you won't do a monthly membership.
