The US has more REPORTED rapes per capita than Russia. Why is this? because women in America expect justice and criminals to be arrested (then raped in prison like the animals they are). in my country it is extremely hard to get shot by a cop...we are a very safe country we have 0 gangs...we have little crime compared to the USA...our police is very very friendly...everything you do is recorded inside the station and out...it is unthinkable that the police would rape a woman...riots would break out...bloody bloody riots...bloodbath stuff...you have more chance of getting hit by a comet LOL
