You guys really don't know how heavily your government regulates business and your everyday life in general? It seems not, if banning some ammunition type seems as a big deal or as some precedent case. Even the right to have guns is from government and government controlled. The whole framework of your life is government controlled. Your rights, oblications, liberties and so on.. all from the government. Even the right for your own propery-> from government.
And USA is not famous for its freedom anyways.. I mean outside US. Kinda opposite.
