Hi: I am looking for advice. I need simple, cheap and reliable solution, so all advices are welcome:

Goal: to track up to 5 people (or more in future) by GPS and organize their routes for delivery

1. They will probably drive only motorbikes.
2. One person in office should be able to track them in real time from desktop application
3. Desktop application should be able to prepare routes (next day for example) .
