Is it good cooked? I was going to try that last year, they had a big crop out behind my pasture last year and the day I was going to go grab a bunch they freeking harvested! I wanted the fresh good stuff.
I drink it in shakes - but it's pretty fucking foul, even with fruit. I really just stick to spinach, every day.
