I opened the dispute today, but I feed worse about getting fooled than about 1500$. You think I should also report him to US authorities for fraud? Just to make sure he won't do this with others in the future? |
Did business with the guy last year. He was local and I was going to give the deposit in person. He did the job fairly quickly so I was able to pay for the entire job ($1,000) at the end. About 5% of the work was not finished but by that point I was able to do a better job and finish it myself.
By miracle this thread came up. I am going to a meeting today to spec out the next job I was going to to throw at him for make me an Ap next week. Wow I dodged a bullet.
