I don't care that much about this liberals vs conservatives; especially as in my country we don't have that kind of divide. Though some people are more liberal/conservative than others, but people don't really identify themselves that way around here. For example I am liberal and conservative if you want to put it that way. However that doesn't make much sense and I don't identify (or build identity) myself with those adjectives.
