yes and there are a few other factors in play..... BV, yeast infections, bad hygiene, there have been times I could not stand by the bed when shooting due to the 'aroma' and yet the boy had to lick pussy ... then there's the producer standing there looking at his watch, some models not really interested in the 'boy'... crazy girls on drugs and other variables that make a miserable shoot day... and also some models are so lose the boys get no friction and can't cum... seen that happen more than a few times...
