It is absolutely illegal for her to use her private email for government business and illegal for her to have not turned over all communications R elated to state department business. State governments and federal government employees have nohhing to do with each other

Additionally, any communication between her and Obama fall under laws specifically relating to the office of the president - which may now have been deleted.
