Yes, of course. But at least 3 dishes (soup, second course and tea/coffee) of those must be hot. Ok, you Americans live in a warm climate and you prefer an ice tea. No prob with that, but soup and the second course (say pasta with a meat/chicken) must be hot. I doubt a plastic container will keep them warm.

The problem with buying lunch can be, lack of time, cost, and no good local restaurants.
As far as heating lunch brought from home just microwave it.
As a practical health related matter, most people I know would benefit greatly from having lunch consist of fresh fruit, cut up vegetables, a salad and some nuts. One good healthy natural meal each day will also be the easiest.
