If the problem would have been refreshing templates then the old aff-id 2026216 would be in the links again... because that was the aff-code that was in the links right before you removed those links in september 2013 after this thread:

But now aff-codes were not being overwritten by: aff-id 2026216 but overwritten by: aff-id 2439259. So... doesn't it seem that this is not an old but a recent problem? (unless you changed aff-id 2026216 into aff-id 2439259 right before the links were removed in sept. 2013... but then again... what would have been the logic of that?)
It doesn't sound logic to now overwrite aff-id's after first affaire in 2013.... every program owner knows he is being watched and tested... especially after a first "affaire"... (but i don't understand why there was a set up which over-wrote aff-id's in the first place...)
Have you thought of the possibility of an employee with server acces that secretly signed up as an affiliate and put that new aff-id in the code?
