Yup, it's all thanks to the enrichers refusing to follow the standards of the country they claimed asylum in. The only reason why this law came in was because of the sudden rise of back-street butchers and their third world ways mutilating children at the behest of people who do not comprehend the country they have chosen to leech from.
The UK has also seen a rise in mutilations, disfigurements and deaths from practicing witchdoctors too.
