I know ALL about it. Thank goodness for google apps/docs though, does make it easier when people can collaborate all across the board.
My programmer has it about
HALF way done where it's more automatic - but you know how programmers are. I can only wait til the mood strikes him again to finish up. I don't want to use a new programmer cause he has very sensitive info that I don't want to risk sharing with another person.
