The real Silicone Valley of SA is in Santiago. You drive through the mountains and in the valley you see these modern glass buildings with every major company logo on them. Citi, Chase, Experian, BASF. You name it. I am sure Nikki knows the area I am talking about. From what I remember it used to be extreme slumps area and they knocked everything down and built state of the art IT City.
