This should not be a difficult thing to do, as long as you know Google Analytics. If you dont, there are at least four good books about it on Amazon.com. After that you can contact companies like
Traffic Shop or
Traffic Holder (they can tell you a lot through their chat), and ask them about what would be the best way to go.
These are not all the companies for it, obviously, and you need to find the right ones, for what you need. You need to find right advertising methods also - skimmed, popunder, banner ads, or something else.
Again, Google Analytics knowledge plus talking to the right people from these companies should be more than enough. After that you need to invest some money, in order to see what works, and how to do it too. In general, you can do it yourself, it is not a difficult thing.

Juicy Ads can be good for this too.
