If you want to watch Putin news, you switch to
Federal TV channels/media, but if you don't, you read and watch independent news (rbс.ru, tvrain.ru, slon.ru, echo.msk.ru etc).
FYI: there is independent (commercial) media in Russia and most of these companies can be barely be considered as pro-Putin ones. But course you didn't know that because of a serious lack or education and information. So I don't blame it on you, son
