8 glasses of water; hmm.. lets see; I drink somewhat dehydrating coffee 3 cups and about a cup of water to equal those cups. That is 6 cups already. Plus the water drinking I can't count. All water intake counts by the way.

But certain Mericans drink way too much water as it is trendy to drink much water. That is one of the "Only in Merica" things those get on headlines around here. If you drink gallon a day, it is too much unless you live in some really hot place and under heavy exercise, or something like that.
