Vegetarian, Paleo, Keto.... whatever the diet people tell you how great they feel... if you don't it's because you're not doing it right or initial detox flu like symptoms... I've come to the conclusion that they get a feel good factor from thinking they are doing the right thing, and get so engrossed in all the literature and website preaching in favor of that diet they get stuck in a positive reinforcement loop.
I wake up drink water and go for a swim, go to the gym later when the sun comes down. If I want to get into single digit bf sure Keto is good over longer ketones don't give me the fuel I need.
Thanks for the patronizing "if you don't know how to cook.." but I've eaten healthy all my life, hate cakes and sweet food in general.
Edit: I also never said keto was unhealthy I said you have to strike a balance between healthy and enjoyment.
