hypo alpe adria is the most corrupt criminal bank in Europe...anybody in the banking world laughs his ass off when they hear Hypo...austria is the #1 place to launder money in Europe too...
here is how it was run, they give out a tiny loan to person x, person x goes and buys a bank that is up for privatisation somewhere in eastern euro, then when the skeleton of a bank is privatised for pennies, person x and politician y steer the actual pension fund of that country to that bank to "fatten up the bank" and at the same time the central bank of the eastern euro country gives the bank some "loving"...the money person x buys and subsequently sells the bank is all hypo money LOL...then the people at hypo pay each other out and the newly sold bank loses the pension fund and loving from central bank and the new buyer is out for like 200million euros
