I've maintained my weight at a lean 185 lbs for a long time.
Always falling back on eating balanced.. protein, a portion of carbs and vegetables.
Intermittent Fasting is also good, technically more of an eating pattern than a diet though.
A bodybuilder like you would probably tell me to push on and make some gains but I feel best at this weight, or maybe I'm just lazy at the gym
