Btw, if you're feeling like crap, up your salt intake, magnesium and potassium. I found out that you can completely avoid keto flu/feeling bad during the month adaption period by maintaining those electrolytes. /r/keto is the best subreddit ever.

I have a glass of salt water every day and it helps.
