This chick is kind of annoying, but she has a ton of videos on becoming keto adapted. She's 47 and been in Ketosis for 3 years, and talks about having off the charts energy and obviously --- very low bodyfat for a girl.
Like I said earlier. It's the way our bodies are supposed to work.
