i don't disagree that our bodies are supposed to work. But i think it's also true that IF is also a way how our bodies are supposed to work. both are valid historically right? at some points we don't have food at all, at other points we don't have carbs.
I think they are both profoundly good choices to make, i just found that IF is much much more natural for me. i grew up not eating breakfast!
The hard part to figure out and sort out was proper proportions and balance. that took quite a while of counting calories and very closely taking inventory of what i eat. there's an app for that!
