Wordpress - Forms that accept SmartScript?

WP guru's,

got a question I need help with badly. I'm looking for a form that will not only allow special characters (which most do, ninja, gravity, quforms, etc) but that will also accept SmartScript characters.

This is for a schools website that has a lot of that type of shit involved with it's on site submissions.

It doesn't even have to be a WP Plugin.. I was thinking about using Google Forms which can handle smartscript, but then they automatically save to a spreadsheet.. which is not what my client wants.. they want a simple way to print forms with continuity just like a regular submission form.. where certain fields are filled out, and it's the same every submission but different answers.

Is there a way to export Google Forms to something outside of a Spreadsheet? Like a doc file? Or a simple non-time consuming way of converting spreadsheets to such?

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.. I'm utterly stumped for now.
